The cost of an Exhibitor Booth depends on when you register, and company size. We have a tiered pricing structure based on annual company revenue, in order to make the event accessible for businesses of all sizes! We also have an early bird discount available through August 15th.

Current business members also receive an additional, automatic discount.

All exhibitor booths include:

• 8’x10’ booth space
• 8’ draped table
• Two chairs
• Company ID sign
• 8’ high draped back-wall and 3’ high draped sidewalls*
• Complimentary Wi-Fi access

After registering your booth, you will be contacted about selecting your booth space. We ask that all exhibitors select at least 5 top preferences to help ensure that we can provide a space you are happy with. All selections are based on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.

Yes! Attendees love to collect giveaways, enter raffles, participate in experiences, and learn more about your company. We encourage having plenty of marketing materials at your booth, along with something that attendees can engage with.

The next CougsFirst! + WSU Career Expo will be held in Bellevue in Spring 2026.
